Act Building Control Ltd are Corporate Approved Inspectors that provide building control services in accordance with The Building Act and The Building (Approved Inspectors etc.) Regulations. We are approved by the UK government to provide Building Regulations approval for all types of building work carried out in England or Wales instead of Local Councils.
We are a firm of Chartered Surveyors with vast building construction experience and provide high quality professional building control services to all of our clients who provide the services from a growing network of regional offices at Bristol, Gloucester, London and Reigate. If necessary we can provide enhanced services including pre-application plan checking, value engineering, detailed technical advice and seminars, attendance at meetings, additional inspections, etc. to create a fully bespoke service.
