Residential Houses and Flats

We have provided approved inspector services for numerous new residential dwellings including speculative developments, multi-storey flats and luxury houses.  We have also approved extensions, loft conversions and alterations to houses and flats.

We have been fortunate to have worked on a huge variety of houses all over the UK and have experience of all ground types and construction solutions.  We have worked on individual houses for owner occupation ranging from £150k to £5 million in value for new build and conversion works. 

There are no restrictions on us providing building control for dwellings, however, where we provide the services for a newly created dwelling (by new build or conversion/change of use) we must ensure that the client has in place a designated housing warranty if the new dwelling is not being developed by an owner with the intention of occupying it themselves.  The designated warranties are only available from a limited number of companies and further details concerning this are available on request.
