Act Building Control Ltd have worked on all types and sizes of building project.

We have vast construction, regulations and technical experience gained by working on thousands of projects in the past.  Each year we provide building control services for over 300 projects ranging from small extensions to houses to new industrial estates and commercial buildings. 

It is this vast experience of building works that allow us to provide a highly professional service to our clients and allow us to make determinations about compliance.  Often, we use this experience to assist designers, architects, engineers, etc in completing designs to suit the client brief whilst also complying with the regulations.   Areas of the regulations that we are frequently advising on is Part B Fire Safety and Part L Energy Efficiency.
