Hotels and Other Residential

We have provided approved inspector services for new hotel buildings, extensions to hotels and internal alterations to hotels.  We have also worked on other residential type uses including halls of residence, boarding houses, etc.

The application of the Building Regulations requirements to any residential building with a sleeping risk building is very important particularly with respect to fire safety.  In addition many hotels have the added risk of drinks licensing and entertainment licensing requirements and we can advise on this as part of our services.
